In my current role, I perform a variety of bioinformatics tasks including writing data-processing pipelines and data analysis in the single-cell space. The assays I've computationally worked with so far include sc-RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChiP-seq, and sc-CUT&TAG. I look forward to learning more about various biological assays and applying novel computational methods to process the resulting data!
