Weight gain in B6.V-Lepob/J mice
Study Description
Mice: Male and Female B6.V-Lepob/J (#000632)
Age: 6-10 weeks at the beginning of the study
Diet: IsoPro RMH 3000 irradiated (catalog #5P75, LabDiet, Inc.)
Dates performed: July - December, 2002 (23 weeks)
Mice were obtained from the production colony in Bar Harbor, ME and shipped to the In Vivo laboratory in West Sacramento, CA. Upon arrival, mice were ear notched for identification and housed 3 per cage in individually ventilated cages (75 sq. in). The room was maintained on a 12:12 light/dark cycle (7am to 7pm lights on). Food and water were provided ad libitum. Body weight was measured on all mice once per week and values are shown in the graph below.
