Basic service:

  • DNA quality control check (high molecular weight DNA)

  • Delivery of raw data, library file, genotypes, and list of SNPs polymorphic among samples

Custom service adds:

  • Study design consultation
  • Comparisons between selected samples
  • Report consisting of methods, QC diagnostics, and summary statistics for each sample and each comparison
  • Additional customized SNP data analysis, such as comparisons with previously-reported genotypes

Pricing for basic service

  • $760/array for 10 or fewer arrays
  • $695/array for 11-29 arrays
  • $660/array for 30 or more arrays
  • Fee covers the array, reagents, processing
  • If tissue samples are submitted, the fee for genomic DNA extraction is $40/sample
