We have partnered with more than 20 cancer clinics to provide access to a wider range of patient-derived xenograft (PDX) cancer models at earlier passage numbers than any other PDX collection available today.

Executing patient-derived xenograft studies is time-consuming, with pre-study engraftment and growth of tumors representing a significant time investment. To streamline PDX cancer study execution, we are offering a collection of PDX LiveTM tumor engrafted NSG mice.

Our collection of readily available, off-the-shelf, tumor engrafted cohorts of PDX mice are developed and maintained by our experienced scientific staff and tumor-bearing mice are ready to quickly enroll on study.

Get your data up to 80% faster

Bringing tumors out of the freezer or passaging tumors between donor and on-study mice can delay PDX drug efficacy studies 6-12 weeks or more. Our inventoried PDX LiveTM tumors significantly shorten this time period by having tumor-engrafted live mice on the shelf and ready to enroll on study as soon as you are ready.

For most of our PDX tumors, gene expression data and genomic data (Affymetrix Human Gene 1.0 ST Exon Array), Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0 from Affymetrix, including CNV data), standard of care data and pathology images are available through the Mouse Tumor Biology Database.

Breast tumor models

We are featuring an off-the-shelf triple-negative breast tumor model from our library of nine early passage triple-negative tumors. Many of these and other models currently are growing in mice for quick availability.
