Sperm Cryopreservation Service
The new and proven gold standard technique for cost effectively cryopreserving mouse strains. High fertilization and recovery rates mean colonies can be quickly scaled to meet your needs.
On-site Rederivation and Sperm Cryopreservation
If you have 50 or more strains to rederive or cryopreserve, our "Freeze Team" can rapidly perform the work at your site. We can cryopreserve 120 or more strains a week and scale recoveries to meet your needs.
Sperm Cryo Kit
Our new, money saving, 'do-it-yourself' Sperm Cryo Kit includes the unique reagents, equipment, and detailed and illustrated instructions for cryopreserving mouse sperm yourself. You send frozen sperm to us for QC testing and long term cryopreservation.
Embryo Cryopreservation Services
Our JAX Custom Embryo Cryo Service is best suited for strains that are inbred, maintained as homozygotes, or that have multiple genetic mutations. Our JAX Speed Cryo Service cryopreserves heterozygous two-cell embryos on C57BL/6J, FVB/NJ, DBA/2J, BALB/cByJ, or NOD/ShiLtJ backgrounds.

We provide safe, secure long term liquid nitrogen storage for cryopreserved mouse germplasm for samples frozen through our services.

Cryorecovery Services
Our Sperm Cryorecovery or Embryo Cryorecovery services can quickly and cost-effectively recover specified and opportunistic pathogen free (SOPF) mice in the quantities you need from stocks we cryopreserve for you. We also offer recovery services for strains cryopreserved by others.
